Call for Submissions – Diversity in Management and Organizations (DMO) Conference Spring 2026
Dear all,
In recent years, there has been an explosion of research interest in diversity – heterogeneity in gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and other attributes.
Following the first two Diversity in Management and Organizations (DMO) conferences, we invite you to apply to present your best new diversity research at the third DMO conference!
DMO Spring 2026 will be a one-day hybrid conference on April 25, 2026. It will be held simultaneously in two formats: in-person in Singapore at NUS Business School and also online via Zoom (for those who cannot attend in-person). Registration is free.
We welcome submissions on antecedents, consequences, and perceptions of diversity, with a focus on managerial and organizational settings. We encourage all interested researchers (including faculty, industry researchers, graduate students, and postdoctoral scholars) to apply.
To apply, submit an abstract here (maximum 4000 characters or ~550 words; completed papers are not necessary): https://tinyurl.com/DMOSpring2026

The submission deadline is February 19, 2026 (8:59 PM Pacific Time; 11:59 PM Eastern Time).
Best,
Your DMO Conference Co-Chairs
David P. Daniels (Organizer), Adam Galinsky, Margaret A. Neale, and Melissa C. Thomas-Hunt
